Automatic Adhesive Dispensing Machine

Our automatic adhesive dispensing machine is designed to fix the position of target components and apply adhesive with high precision.
After securing the component, the system captures an image via a built-in camera, processes it to determine the optimal dispensing location, and applies adhesive using an air dispenser.
Post-dispensing, the system re-analyzes the image to verify the accuracy of the dispensing position and volume, and automatically feeds the results back to enhance the performance of subsequent operations.

Dispensing Volume Feedback

The system is equipped with both NG (No Good) and Warning thresholds for the dispensed adhesive volume.
For example, if the warning threshold is exceeded consecutively, the system automatically adjusts dispensing parameters such as pressure and time.
Users can configure settings including the number of consecutive occurrences required to trigger adjustments, the adjustment amount, and whether to modify dispensing pressure, time, or both.

In addition to liquid adhesive dispensing, our solutions support bonding with adhesive sheets.
The system automates the full workflow, including cutting of ultra-thin adhesive sheets (down to 10 microns in thickness), accurate placement, and curing treatment.
